ARTISAN'S DISPLAY for LAUREL COMMENT
You are invited to bring your best work, your problem work and
your incomplete work for Laurels and the Populace to comment on. No winners,
no prizes, just feedback and tokens from the Laurels for notable work. This
is
an ideal way to get your feet wet in Arts and Sciences. Bring your work, any
documentation you have, a chair and a mug for tea. Tables will be available,
but first-come first-served, so you may want to bring your own. Saturday,
11 am to 1 pm, at the Games Pavilion on the Eric. Setup at 10:30 am.
LAUREL TRADE SHOW
Have you ever wondered what Laurels do, when they're not judging contests, teaching classes, or having meetings? Which arts and sciences they practice, and how to find out who might be doing the same craft you're interested in? Have you ever participated in an Artisans' Forum or Phred and wondered how the Laurels would like answering the questions that they ask you?
Wonder no more. On Saturday, after the Processional (approx 1-3 pm), at the Games Pavilion on the eric, volunteer Laurels will display their recent work, answer questions, and chat with the populace.
Any questions to linnetkestrel@hotmail.com. Please forward to
other lists where there may be interest.
