Merchant's Row

scheduleArts & SciencesYouth ActivitiesPre RegistrationReturn to Main Page

We would like to invite all merchants to attend May Crown 2005

The Event will be held at Les Schwab Field in Prineville, Oregon

The site is laid out with merchant's row right in the main trafficway, also situated with a nice view of the fighting erics so most booths should face the erics unless we get enough merchants that we have to put in a 2nd row.

You will be allowed camping area behind your booths so when registering please include that area as well.

Only SCA appropriate wares please.

The merchant fees are as follows. $1.00 per fontage foot. UNLESS the side footage is longer, then the charges are calculated on that measurement.. for example.

If you have any confusion about this please contact the merchant autocrat. Dont risk having your forms returned for correction.

There will be no electricity available on site.

Here is the reservation form, please fill it out completely and neatly.

MS Word Doccument / Web printable form
